For my first order I was reluctant to order on-line. I wasn’t sure how this was going to work. I called their number. There was a helpful , thoughtful person ( I think it was Liz)that guided me with my first order. I wasn’t confident about delivery being on time for the service. When finishing the transaction I was reassured it will be there in perfect condition and it was. At the service there were a lot cof compliments on the Eco Pine II with rope handles that represented my Mikes lifestyle. Several months later I prearranged to have a matching EchoPine for myself. Again I preferred to call their number to order it. Its not emotionally easy to make end of life arrangements. Titan Caskets staff are patient and kind, honest, reliable.
