Not only did they call to verify the validity of the order, their team made sure that they could get the casket delivered in time before charging me. Once they verified everything, the process was nice and smooth. The casket arrived very well packed, looked just as pictured, and was beautiful. Everyone at the service said how nice it was. Even the funeral director was impressed on how well it was delivered and by it's appearance. I know this is a daunting task, but ordering from Titan was a decision I would make again and again!
