Rep was very nice & helpful when I called on Sunday. I was able to order a casket right away for my mom who just passed away the day before, and got it delivered right that Wednesday for Chalmette, Louisiana. I was thinking of ordering from Costco.com, but delivery time sucks, wouldn't made it in time for the funeral. NOT as fast as Titan Casket. I do recommend them, if you in need of a casket right away, they can deliver as fast as 2 days. It saved me about 2k+ if I were to get it from funeral home. Just make sure to check with the funeral home if they're okay with a casket you order from another place. Thank you very much for fast delivery!!
