My family has sadly had to purchase caskets twice in less than 18 months. We used Titan both times. Last year when my grandmother died, we knew we wanted a light blue casket (her favorite) color. Because we were burying her in a light blue suit we were concerned about the light blue lining clashing so we customized and changed the lining to white - easy to do and just what we wanted. This year when my stepfather died, we knew we would use Titan again. He was a veteran and would have a flag presentation. We considered the Veteran but didn't love it. My mother wanted a dark blue and was concerned that many of the deeper blue caskets weren't the navy blue she had in mind. I continued searching and we found The Civilian. It was a deep blue with goldtone finishing. Similar to my grandmother, we were burying him in a dark suit and she was concerned about the dark lining. We once again customized and changed to the lining to white. The casket was perfect. With my grandmother we ordered on a Tuesday afternoon and the casket was delivered to the funeral home Friday before noon. For the stepfather, we had a gap before his service. We ordered two weeks before his service and requested that the casket arrive the Tuesday before his Saturday service. It arrived as requested.
