I ordered an accessory for my squat rack that turned out to be the wrong height. Michelle fielded my call and took extra steps for me to explore several different options for returning or replacing only the parts affecting height. She went above and beyond when she could have easily just transferred me to someone else for an issue that could be solved by another department.
