What a GREAT company! I had JUST purchased a piece of equipment from them and the very next day it went on sale. I contacted them thinking they would tell me "tough luck"- but the customer service rep (Amyra) I chatted with actually HELPED me! I was actually shocked lol. They credited me the difference between the regular price and new sale price! (Which I thought was super fair, since I had literally just made the purchase.) What a great company, and they will be getting my business in the future as well, now that I feel 100% confident that when I buy from them I am getting the best price.
