I had ordered the wrong fitness equipment and I needed to return it. Justine was extremely helpful. She was polite, knowledgeable about the return policy and was able to quickly get a return set up for me at no extra cost. This is how customer service is supposed to be. For this reason alone I would buy from Titan again.
