When figuring out order difficulties, it would be nice if customer service called back when they said they would. My order needed the billing address sorted out and after calling about it, I needed to call back two hours later to make sure the information got to the necessary person rather than the promised 15 minutes. The customer service representatives were nice and professional, the problem was sorted out, and I received my order in a timely matter so this was overall a minor inconvenience.
