“It has been over two and a half years now since I bought this ring and have truly loved it... I noticed a couple weeks back that one of the diamonds has gone missing... I can't see any reason why it fell out... There is no damage to the surrounding area. I don't feel I should have to pay basically 80 dollars to have this fixed. Overall I'm happy with the ring, just not the diamond falling out.”

So sorry that you were emailed a review request before you received the product to review. That is horrible! Somehow, our automated review system lost the correct settings and emails were sent out upon order placement, not order shipment. Horribly frustrating! And I apologize for this.
