I received the wrong product. I ordered the ArtCarved 9mm Mortor ring and received the 7mm Mortor ring. Which isn't a huge deal, mistakes happen. When I called, the woman was very nice, she said she would email me a UPS packing slip to print and send the ring back. I never got the email. \n\nI really wanted to send the ring back immediately so the ball could get rolling on my correct order. Now I have to wait for the email with the UPS packing slip, wait for them to ship it back to you, wait for the manufacturer to make a new ring, Mortar 9mm Size 8, and wait for it to be shipped back to me. I hate waiting, lol. \n\nI actually saw this ring at a jewelry store in Houston. They said it would take two weeks to order it in my size. I decided to check your site for availability. Seeing that you ship with UPS 2-day on orders over $100 and the good experience I had with your company 4 years ago when purchasing the Raso ring made by Heavy Stone, I decided to make my order through your site. Granted the store had the ring priced lower at $254.00, I was willing to pay the extra $15 knowing I would have the ring sooner. \n\nIts almost been two weeks since I placed my order and now I'll have to wait another 3+ weeks. Great customer service would be an apology and placing my correct order, ArtCarved White Tungsten Mortor ring size 8 in 9mm, immediately and not waiting for my return shipment. \n\nMaybe you've gotten burned by doing that in the past and I can understand your running a business and that would be a risk. However, I am a returning customer and have given high marks on your site in the past and would have felt better about the experience if I had been credited with good faith on returning the item. \n\nThanks for listening to me rant.
