The order process was very smooth, and the customer service was prompt and friendly. I would ask that you alter your shipping policies. Requiring an adult (21+) signature for delivery with no option to sign a note or delivery notice, no option to reschedule, and not even the option to pick up i n the *** warehouse makes it very difficult for people who work to receive their packages.
