I placed an order on 3/29, and I received an entirely different product than I ordered. I got a return shipping label (with, oddly, someone else's name as the sender and a different order number than mine) and returned the incorrect product. One week after the returned product was delivered, I still have not heard anything about when I should expect delivery of the product that I actually ordered. I have requested a refund, and I will not do business with them again.
