Overall I was pleased with the service as well as being notified that the rings were shipped. The only thing that can be worked on would be the engraving. It looked a lot smaller even though there was room to write bigger. The other thing is that one of the names they left out a letter and since they were wedding bands I did not have time to take care of this before the wedding. I checked the receipt and it was spelled correctly, if more attention can be paid that would be great. Other than that we were pleased with the rings.
