Justine was exceptional ( I previously said Jennifer in error)! I explained I never received a confirmation email, yet I received an email from PayPal indicating the payment. I also explained that the payment didn’t reflect the 5% discount for a first time customer providing her email. Within record time she confirmed the order was received and waiting for pickup, and sent me a confirmation indicating she would make the 5% adjustment. I then received an email from PayPal indicating the credit. She was very sweet and pleasant to talk to and took the necessary action quickly and efficiently- Great job Justine!!
