“Justine was exceptional ( I previously said Jennifer in error)! I explained I never received a confirmation email, yet I received an email from PayPal indicating the payment. I also explained that the payment didn’t reflect the 5% discount for a first time customer providing her email. Within record time she confirmed the order was received and waiting for pickup, and sent me a confirmation indicating she would make the 5% adjustment. I then received an email from PayPal indicating the credit. She was very sweet and pleasant to talk to and took the necessary action quickly and efficiently- Great job Justine!!”

Within record time she confirmed my order went through and was waiting for pick up, she said she would manually apply the credit and she sent me confirmation of everything!
