I placed an order for items that were in stock on 27 Sep. I received an E mail on 28 Sep to say items were dispatched for delivery. To date, over 7 days later no items have arrived, I have sent an e mail to customer services with no reply, you cannot speak to customer services which in itself is a joke. I have called a store for advice that cost me money on an 0844 number, I was given an e mail address for a customer services manageress, to which I sent an e mail requesting a delivery update and guess what no reply. As a professional company your customer relations need to be seriously improved, or you will lose all customer confidence. I can accept things can go wrong on deliveries, but to not be able to get any correspondence with anyone is totally unacceptable. I would be grateful if you can, by return explain some of these issues
