E mailed customers services with a query reference an over payment as my bank was charged twice. Nine days have passed and i had an email eventually telling me i was not overcharged.
Contacted customer services put on hold then was informed that the person i need to speak to is out of the office and was promised he will email me back with information. Again no answer and still £48.90 out of pocket.
Very reluctant to use TJ Hughes again.
Still want my refund help!!!!!!
