Samsung TV bought on Sunday morning on line and arrived Tuesday morning - very good. However, the box did NOT contain any screws to attach the stand to the TV. They seem to be fairly special screws with a 'low profile' head - very flat as they have to slot into the TV in a shallow slot. I rang TJs and spoke to a sympathetic service agent who spoke to the buyer - answer was basically "unlucky, you need to speak to Samsung". Called Samsung customer care and spent 15 minutes giving them all sorts of details and trying to stop them signing me up to advertising emails. Eventually opened a 'case' after which I had to send a proof of purchase (which I did). It is now 1 week later and still no screws from anyone - is this good customer service on a £300 item - not to me it isn't.
