I ordered wrangler denims and wrong ones arrived. as promised the girl took a new order for them and sent me returns label to return wrong item. on receiving new item it wasn't ones I wanted either but couldn't be bothered with all the hassle of returning them so just kept them. when you order an item you should get the one you want first time not the third had I returned the second wrong lot. if id wanted stretch denims I would have purchased them in the store but due to the store not having ones I wanted I decided to order online which I wont be doing again. customer service agent I spoke to was really good but unfortunately warehouse staff sent out wrong item twice which is very poor service from my point of view
