I recently bought some solar garden lights online. When they arrived, one set was not working and I sent them back. I had to pay for delivery even though they were faulty. I rang customer services and was advised by the customer services representative that I would be refunded by cheque. This has not happened. In addition to this, 2 of the other sets go off intermittently. I will not be buying online from TJ's again.
