Order process was fine although watch out for the free delivery offer as I was charged for delivery even though the purchase qualified. To their credit they did refund it although it took them over a week to reply to my email.
Delivery dates were all over the place firstly given a Tuesday delivery then the carrier said it would be Monday but actually arrived on the Saturday, luckily you can change it in flight as well as delivery location.
Having said all that I would still shop with them again.
