A few weeks ago, I ordered and paid for two quest king size electric blankets. They came within a few days, but they were double. They were sent back with the promise of the correct size being reordered. They came again, and guess what, they were double again. These were sent back, and I noticed the item had been completely removed from the website and was given a refund. No explanation at all. Had I known they could not get the king size ones, I would have kept the double with the appropriate refund in price. But there was no communication what so ever about the state of the stock situation. Winter is here and I do not have two electric blankets to keep us warm. I am very disappointed with the experience.
