I found the communication from TJ Hughes poor and the quality of staff and their service in the Sheffield Moor shop very lax and and uncoordinated. I waited many weeks for my purchase to arrive at the Moor shop and paid many unfruitful visits which frustrated me:
The above has only cemented in my views how TJ Hughes is a second class shopping outlet.
