After ordering 3 items which were Christmas presents, approximately 3 weeks later 2 items eventually arrived, but were smashed and only when I enquired (communication is by email only, which is time consuming and annoying!!), I was told the third item was out of stock!!! Even though I have emailed many times, and been told I am due a refund, the funds have not yet been credited to my PayPal account and I have had to raise a dispute!! It's very frustrating to have to constantly enquire and ask - not good customer service and inadequate systems in place!
