Ordered items for Christmas with standard delivery of about 5 working days. When they didn't arrive I decided to check where they were only to find out that some items in my order were out of stock and TJ Hughes hadn't told me!
I then emailed them to cancel the order and low and behold, they have the items and can send them. No one apologised or even replied to my email, they simply sent the order. Would i buy from them again? No. Would I recommend them? No. I could have bought the items for alternative online providers and that is what I will do next time.
