Royal mail didn't leave a non delivery card so the time for delivery had expired I contacted your customer service and they said it was up to me to arrange delivery with Royal mail but as I explained numerous times they were awaiting instructions from TJ Hughes once again your colleague said it was up to me to make delivery so I was faced with the prospect of not having the tiles delivered. And losing my money
And I couldnt collect the towels because I didnt have a Royal mail non delivery notification card !
At this stage your CSD offered no help whatsoever!!
Your CSD service was unwilling to help resolve the situation as Royal mail were awaiting instructions from TJ Hughes and after a lot of tooing and froing tj hughes csd I presume issued instructions to royal mail so I managed to arrange delivery of the towels
as a result of this bad buying Experience I will not be purchasing from TJ Hughes again
