No complaints with service but lose out on rating due to not boxing up the item I purchased. It was posted in a bag, not a jiffi bag, just a grey postage bag like I was buying from ebay. This was a Christmas present and fortunately the box was only slightly squashed.
I expect better was a big retailer.
