Product requested arrived promptly however I had a query with it I spent three days trying to contact customer services to no avail . I then rang one of the shops who said I had to return the order back by post with a special number only obtainable from customer services I could not return it to a shop. I continu d to ring the number on the enclosed returns notice but no reply. I again contacted one of the stores who said I had been ringing an incorrect number and gave me a totally different number on the through to customer services the lady on the phone was very helpful and said she would send me a prepaid leaflet and they would send a replacement . This however left it too late for Christmas, so the suggestion was made to return the snowman and ask for the money back and buy a snowman from the shop. I visited the shop and explained my problem to one of the staff in St Helens who said they had someone in with a similar problem but it was because the toy was in demo mode and when opened up and the tab removed it would work.
I then sent off the toy to my great niece for Christmas and have not heard anything negative yet.
I do think it poor that a returns notice is sent out with an incorrect telephone number printed on it , this should be rectified however on a positive note the staff were pleasant and helpful when approached
