The young man who served me was very efficient and brought my item quickly. However it did seem rather odd that as soon as he had given the previous click and collect customer her parcel he had to go to the floor below again to fetch my parcel. It might be more sensible to have the click and collect point on the same floor as the warehouse where the parcels are kept.
