I was looking for the Cry Baby doll for my daughter for Christmas. I couldn't track my order as every time I tried to I was redirected to the log in page. On an email it stated that my order would be with Yodel. My parcel didn't seem to move from "it will be with us soon" status but stated it would be delivered on or before 20th December to which it was not nor had it still moved from the status said prior. All the while my parcel was actually with Royal Mail with no notification of this courier change. Only thing that was right was the original date the email stated it would be with me.
