Very impressed as I ordered perfume at a very good discounted price but instead of the goods being sent to me at my home address as requested they were sent to TJ Hughes Birkenhead branch which I was unable to collect from as I am not easily mobile also the contact number given me for the call centre to readdress this was not accessible and not in use and by the time I did manage to email the online shopping centre the parcel had been despatched to Birkenhead from where a very nice staff member phoned me to say it was there ready for collection this being Friday Xmas week.I explained the error in addressing parcel there and she put it in the post that day and sent it to my home address.All staff I did speak to were helpful and friendly.I will shop with TJs again.
