The item that I ordered took 6 days to arrive. It was sourced from a from a relatively near store for 'click and collect' but I was not updated of the reason for the delay. Only when I sent e-mails asking about my order's progress did receive an update, so I overall I was not very impressed. Your system needs looking at to keep customers informed and ultimately, satisfied.
