On the 9th of December I ordered and payed online for an electric heater via click and collect , I received an email few days later informing me my purchase had been dispatched to store, looking good so far, a few days later I thought I go look for an update and tracking details , no emails, few days later still no email , decided get in touch with customer service , was informed that it would be chased up , emails back and forward with still no joy , was offered a refund and I said I've waited this long so it can't be much longer , received a final email on the 3rd of Jan saying sorry they have to refund me and I would just have to go into store and buy one as they can't reorder for me !! Firstly on previous emails I told them I wasn't long after an op and on two crutches hence reason for not going in to store and secondly when I went into home page to check stock , hey ho !! Out of stock , so what do we do ? Reorder online !! I don't think so , NEVER AGAIN ,ps,it's 6th Jan still no refund yet ,, Myra
