Bought a Vax vacuum cleaner and on unpacking a small clip on part was broken.
I contacted customer services who offered to collect and replace the whole machine which was absolutely ridiculous for such a small item
I asked that they get a replacement part from Vax but they say they are unable to do this and I would have to do it myself by contacting Vax
