Bought 5 bottles of perfume. A few days later only 1 arrived and promised by the strore that the other 4 will be in within a few days. Phoned the store today to find out what's with the big delay and the click and collect department have informed me that the remaining order has been cancelled without my knowledge. Furthermore TJ Hughes have also robbed be by failing to refund me for the remaining 4 bottles.
A very incompetent company.
