I recently purchased an item from this company and returned it the same day due to the size being too small. They ignored my emails on both occasions requesting a refund, I had to raise a complaint through Pay Pal. The company contacted me immediately stating they intended to withhold my refund until I withdrew the complaint (this scenario has been going on for over two weeks). One thing I find offensive is threating behaviour and intimidation by this companies customer service staff!
