I purchased £316 Dyson straighteners from Toby’s Deals. They arrived faulty with the airplane security prongs bent meaning the product is unusable. I raised a ticket immediately and still no refund 30 days later. I have been told faulty products are not covered by their warranty. They reply to my daily complaints and assure me they have raised a claim with their courier company. This is a fraudulent claim as the straighteners were so well packaged it would have been physically impossible for the beings to be bent in transit. When I tried to register the said straighteners with Dyson I was told the serial number was not recognised as a genuine Dyson product and to contact my supplier immediately. Toby's deals won’t hear this and insist they are a genuine product. Do not buy from Toby’s deals. I can not afford to lose £316.
