This item has arrived and is obviously not new. There were no instructions included and there is some sticky residue on the arm of the gimbal where some kind of sticker or branding has come off. The box also shows signs of wear all around despite having been securely packaged. This item has arrived obviously used!
Customer service has been awful. Terrible experience!!!!!!!!!
