The worst customer service ever . First i paid for an item , waited more then a month , and never get delivered. Tried to contact them ( only on email as they don't even have a telephone number for customers ) on lots of occasion and i got barely replied saying that my package was send back to their deport. I applied then for a refund , sending lots of email and got maybe a replay after a week saying that the payment would have arrived in my PayPal account . Since now , after 3 weeks din;t get any payment and they have disappeared. I have opened a case with Consumer right agency Europe and i hope the will do the worst for them as well.
