Appalling company,
Bagging a UK address, but in Hong Hongkong. I have attempted to cancel my order several times within the 14 day window as they reported a camera was in stock.
The completely ignore all correspondence and I have reported them to Natwest Fraud, who are investigating them as they refuse to pay back my money, even though it says on their website T&C you can cancel the order.
