Ordered my item on 29th Dec, said delivered on 17th - But it was delivered to the wrong address.
After sending over 20 emails to Tobydeals and receiving only 3 in return I began to feel very worried about the state of this order.
Eventually the item was delivered by the person who received it incorrectly.
No help from Tobydeals at all. worst customer service going.
Avoid avoid avoid, unless you like dealing with robots
