Ordered a vacuum and it came with a US plug and adaptor to EU power. Tried to return / resolve and has now been over a month of TobyDeals finding more and more ways to avoid taking the goods back (unless sent to Hong Kong at a cost of £50+, plus admin fee of £20) or help make it work.
Essentially, only buy from here if you are 100% sure you won't need to return the product because they won't let you
