Ordered Senheiser wireless in ear speakers at £219.99 on 25th April 2019. Following day received confirmation of dispatch and a tracking number with Yodel. Waited a week then checked yodel tracking. Status 'awaiting parcel from supplier. Another week, same so chased Toby Deals. They replied shipped to delivery firm on 26th April. 11th May I checked again with Yodel. Nothing received, very sorry but we are only the couriers. Chased Toby again. Not us we've shipped it! 18th May complained to Paypal. Opened an investigation. Paypal refunded the full amount on 29th June. Thank you Paypal, you really ought to ditch Toby Deals, Total dissatisfaction, saved by Paypal.
