I bought a Samsung phone from them. Took over 2 weeks to arrive and had a faulty camera. Took it to Samsung on Oxford street. they said it was not covered under UK warranty plus the phone showed signs of water damage and had a non-original rear cover. In their opinion it was a refurb. Guess what. These muppets dont care. I spent 2 weeks going rouind in circles with RMA department who refused to acknowledge the phone was faulty on arrival. I am now stuck with a faulty phone and a bitter taste in my mouth. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
