Will never shop from Toby Deals again. I ordered a phone, a week later it was still "processing" , they then told me they didn't have the phone in stock and in the end after a week of emails, I ended up getting a refund. Total waste of time and energy. If they didn't have the phone in stock they shouldn't have advertised it and let someone "purchase"it. Half the time no one from the customer service team got back to me to answer any questions so I had no idea what was going on. I regret ever having tried to buy anything from them.
