I have a very stressful situation with customer service. I bought the JBL speaker and it came with audio problem. The first time I used the speaker, the audio was creaking like static noise as I turn it to full volume. I contacted customer service and began my stressful situation. They said I should pay to return it, but before they send me to try to "fix" it myself by watching a youtube video. Of course it didn't work. After that we started chatting sending and replying messages and I was fed up with this situation and said: "this device doesn't work properly and I don't want to replace it, I want to send it back and get my money back. I believe they did it to get time and the 14 days that I have to give it back and get my money back is gone. So, to resolve this, I sent the speaker back to the sender at my own expense. Now they get in touch with me and say that the speaker has been verified by "technician" and is working perfectly. It's funny because you don't have to be an engineer to see the problem, anyone can hear the audio and detect the problem. "Problem that the sound is unclear and has a wheezing. Also this is a JBL speaker and should be under warranty So up to now they have not resolved and I do not have the device and do not have my money back. Be aware about this company, because if you have any problems with your product, they will try to trick you and they will not resolve your problem.
