I purchased a phone on Toby Deals, based on the reviews of this site. It has been 5 weeks and I haven't received the phone. Toby Deals customer service has been non existent.. They refer to Toll (freight service) and that's a whole different review, as they are useless! I have repeatedly asked for a refund. They have not responded. I buy a lot online and this is one of the worst experiences I've had to date. I would not be purchasing from Toby Deals again, they are shonky!!
