It's frustrating that Todaytix has a no refund policy and requires ID for ticket pickup in a tourist city. I accidentally purchased the wrong date on a special order for Broadway tix and a few hours later when I figured out the problem was met with no way! The tickets are for next week and I'll already have flown home. Not only did I not get to use the tix but I can't even give it sell them to a friend living here in the city. Super frustrating.
