I had two vouchers from covid show cancellations. They combined the vouchers and used the first voucher date, which was months before the second date. My voucher expired 11 days ago since they used the original voucher date to backdate my combined voucher and now just lost out on $68. I recognize that it was my fault for missing the expiration, but I should’ve had at least three more months to use this. They told me there’s nothing they could do despite very kindly speaking with customer service. Poor service in my opinion. Seems like they purposefully backdated my voucher to give me less time to use it for show cancelations I had no control over. I now live out of state and don’t get to the city as much. I won’t be using them again.
