Their shipping used to be free but now due to Covid-19 there is a fee depending on which box size you order. To be fair. Overall the snacks and drinks are worth it. You also get a free booklet which goes over the culture for that month, teaches you a new Japanese word, shared artwork from each fan/member and finally the booklet gives you different ways to enter their sweepstakes.
